Interested builders send a short note. Accept, and you both get each other's contact details.
The rules that keep Karya worth using
- Work email only. Personal emails like Gmail can't sign up.
- Say upfront whether you're in-house or an agency.
- Salary ranges on every role and every message.
- You can message builders who've chosen to hear from companies: 5 a day, once each. Everyone else reaches you through your roles.
- Builders can block or report you, and a person reviews every report.
